Do I need my own API keys?
No. Model and speech usage comes out of your plan's included cloud credits. You never paste a provider key into Meridian.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Buy a top-up from your account page, or wait for your plan's credits to refresh at the start of the next billing month. Included credits don't roll over; purchased credits do.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
How am I billed?
Subscriptions are processed by Square and renew automatically at the price and cadence you chose. Credit top-ups are one-time Stripe purchases. NYPTID never sees your card number.
Is the bundle really cheaper?
Yes. The Meridian bundle is $100/month for Echo and ADE together, where buying each separately would be $130.
