Service
NYPTID Echo is system-wide Windows dictation, bidirectional real-time multilingual live-call intelligence, Agent, Echo Notes, and Vision. NYPTID Meridian is the agentic development environment. They share one NYPTID account and one Square subscription (Meridian, Studio, or Command). Customers do not supply provider API keys. First-party unsigned kernel audio drivers are not included. Creating an account or completing checkout means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, devices, recordings, instructions, and compliance with consent, interception, employment, privacy, intellectual-property, and communications laws. Do not record or process other people without the permission required where you and they are located. Live-call capture is consent-gated in the app; that gate does not replace the law.
Plans and allowances
Paid plans are Meridian ($100/month or $1,000/year), Studio ($250/month or $2,500/year), and Command ($400/month or $4,000/year). There is no free cloud tier: an account without an active subscription cannot use metered Cloud routes. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over unless NYPTID states otherwise. Bidirectional live-call speech is metered as transcription, translation, and spoken-reply usage.
Payments and cancellation
Square processes payments and holds your card details; NYPTID never receives them. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and cadence shown at Checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account page, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds, if any, follow Square’s dispute process and NYPTID’s written confirmation.
Software updates
Echo may offer an in-app update. The installer is fetched only from NYPTID HTTPS origins and is applied only after the published SHA-256 matches the downloaded file.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as a professional tool. Inference, translation, and live-call latency depend on your network, your audio devices, and upstream providers. Speech cannot be faster than physics: we minimise round-trip time; we do not claim nanosecond audio. NYPTID is not liable for missed words, mistranslation, or a call you record without consent. These terms are the live customer contract for the Echo Chamber.
